Chicken thighs have been boned from our staff, highly qualified, respecting the high quality of the product.
the meat has been submerged into an advance guard machinery that, across circular movements very slow, massages the meat with a mix of spices that, even if it’s more near to Turkish traditional taste, it has been adapted to Italian one.
The meat, after its rest, has been piled in levels and has been completed by hand with a knife in order to permit to the product to have a classical conical shape. The cellophane packing that encloses it, allows to the product to compact itself defending from the smallest temperatures in in which the product lies in the freezing period, all this in order to obtain one product of higher quality and safety.
The final product, after passing some hours in freezer, has been packaged in a box, ready to be sold and dispatched to the customer.
